How fast can I get my new Klobo Loveseat slipcover?

Stock colors of white, ivory or black ship in 2-3 days.  Every other color like Chocolate, Red or Navy etc. ships in 10-15 working days.  We ship via UPS Ground Service (cheapest) so depending on where you live in the US, it will take an additional 2-5 days.  To Canada, Europe and beyond, allow 4-7 days transit time on shipping.

On colors: Exactly how white is the white?  Is the Ivory more yellow-toned or beige?  

Because colors on the computer vary, just ask us to mail you a free swatch of the fabric so you can see for yourself exactly what the color is before you place your order.

Does the Klobo Loveseat slipcover the legs?  

No, it does not.  It only covers the fabric portions of Ikea’s iconic loveseat.

Does pet hair stick?  

Pet hair sticks to everything.  But, we’re happy to report that running a dampened soft cloth over the cover will pull the pet hair off.  The cover is also completely washable and dryable as it’s 100% spun polyester, and milled especially for the hospitality industry.  You can expect to wash it over and over and for it to look great time after time.  And, it does not need ironing.  Simply wash, dry, cover, repeat!

We love Ikea’s Klobo, but if you have the natural white one, it can look very dirty, very fast!

We manufacture slipcovers for Ikea Klobo sofas/couches.  They simply slip on over your existing Klobo couch, and cover up all the dirty, stained fabric beneath it.  We use our amazing Premier fabric which comes in these great basic colors:
• White
• Black
• Red
• Navy
• Gold
• Hunter Green
• Chocolate Brown
• Purple
• Royal Blue
• Ivory
The cover does not need ironing, and it may be washed as many times as needed.

It does not cover the Klobo’s legs, keeping the look and feel of Ikea’s Klobo intact.

Our premier fabric looks and feels like cotton, but it's 100% polyester.  This means you can launder it over and over without it fading or shrinking, and it won’t pill leaving it looking just like you bought it, wash after wash.

We manufacture custom soft foam cases and carrying bags.

We manufacture a variety of custom soft foam cases and bags for various industries and customers.  Our most recent project is for a manufacturer of sound equipment used by the military.  Our customer needed a soft custom case to transport the devices.  The case is also used for storing the equipment when it’s not in use.

We measured the device, and then used our 300/600 denier nylon which is used for making luggage.  We added zippers, small pockets and pouches, and lined the entire case in soft dense foam with a lining.  Lastly we added nylon webbing handles for easy carrying.  The customer elected not to embroider his logo on the case, but it can definitely be added.  We can also add buckles, Velcro, carry handles, shoulder straps, clear plastic pocket for identification… the list goes on and on!

We typically use ¼” closed cell foam – it’s strong but not too heavy, and protective but not too bulky.  It also has a coating on it, and does not absorb moisture readily.  We can use either a 210 or 420 denier nylon, which is softer and smoother than the 300/600 used for the outside.  We can also use 1000 denier on the outside.

We manufacture medical device dust covers in nylon and vinyl.

We manufacture dust covers in nylon or vinyl for medical devices.  Recently an innovative local San Diego firm, GenMark Diagnostics called us as they needed a dust cover developed for their line of diagnostic testing systems.  Their equipment is sensitive, and they wanted something that would breathe but protect it in different environments.  They also required a custom fit as the shape of the equipment is unique. Lastly, they wanted their name silk-screened on the cover for branding purposes.

Reviewing our various fabric options, they decided on a silver nylon in a 210 denier weight.  The fit was tricky because the device is a custom shape, but their product designers sent us the dimensions of the devices in a CAD drawing, and we then designed and mocked up samples for their approval.  Once samples were approved, we went into production, and silk-screened their mark onto the cover.

The dust cover production described above is a typical contract manufacturing scenario, and we have many customers like GenMark Diagnostics whose primary focus may be producing sensitive medical, dental, or pharmaceutical equipment that requires a protective cover during times of non-use. Because precise fit is important, these companies often choose the services of an industrial sewing company such as ours to produce these covers. We manufacture many types of rack covers in vinyl and fabric.  The most common requests are for:

We can add zippers, Velcro, windows, pockets, ties, mesh, etc.  All of our rack covers have reinforced corners, are made from durable materials such as PVC, nylon, or polyester, and are tear-resistant.

Our vinyl rack covers wipe clean easily with a damp cloth.  Fabric rack covers can be easily washed, however if ordered in black material, they are unlikely to show any dirt or grime.

We do have some standard models available to order, but many people have custom racks, and require custom rack covers.  If so, we will need the width, height, and depth measurements, and the quantity of racks you would like to cover.  Please take into account the wheels at the base, and allow for a slightly shorter rack cover.

Clear Top Shower Curtain in Vinyl or Fabric

We manufacture clear top shower curtains in vinyl or fabric for use in all kinds of institutions.
Recently we got a call from The Menninger Clinic in Houston.  They were looking to replace their shower curtains, with clear tops.  It was really important for them to allow for privacy, but still be able to monitor their patients.
Our clear top curtains meet standards of regular shower curtains, but you may customize them depending on the needs of your project:
•    Size
•    Material (vinyl thickness or fabric)
•    Size of clear top window
•    Header style (foldover with Velcro, hookless, etc.

They requested custom widths which we were able to do.  The height is also custom.
•    96 wide x 84 high
•    91 wide x 84 high
•    77 wide x 84 high

When we manufacture clear top curtains, we usually use our 10 gauge vinyl in Pebble.  But you can also order it in a medium weight, or a very heavy duty weight like SureChek.  Menninger Clinic chose Surechek because it’s extremely heavy duty.

The other option many people want is to vary the size of the clear top window.  Custom sizes can be requested, but the standard size is 17”.  Sizes we have manufactured for people are:
•    17” clear top vinyl window.
•    20” clear top vinyl window
•    24” clear top vinyl window
•    30” clear top vinyl window

In addition, custom headers are also available.  Try a Velcro foldover, hookless, or just regular.

“Shower Curtain, Vinyl, Stall Size – Please!”

We are often asked for a standard size stall shower curtain, but of course, there is no world standard.  It just depends on the type of shower stall, and the use of space. 

So here are some standard sizes that are used when ordering curtains for stalls:

We Manufacture Sure-Chek Linen Shower Curtains in Seafoam Green.
